About Me
Jasmine is intentional about creating a safe space to hold the parts of you that may feel stuck, conflicted, or ready for change. She offers a gentle and collaborative space for clients to unlock new parts of themselves and move forward with more clarity. Her style draws from nearly two decades as an HR consultant, where she sat in many rooms helping people navigate the pressure of balancing it all: high pressure environments, identity, relationships, and wellbeing.
Let’s be real: therapy wasn’t on many families’ weekly to-do lists. So if you’re feeling curious, nervous, or even skeptical, you’re not alone.
Blending Cultures
Jasmine’s life as a wife to a loving husband with Ghanaian roots and mother of two multicultural children continues to shape her understanding of what it means to blend worlds. Her lived experience abroad, including calling Colombia and Ghana second homes, summers spent traveling the globe, and a lasting connection to her African American roots, has given her deep respect for the values, beliefs, and stories that culture shapes. Her clients get the chance to bring their full selves into the room. No code-switching here.
